1 General Terms & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions Xbagee (website: xbagee.my) and all its members as a legally binding agreement. By using any of Xbagee's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all gaming activities on Xbagee — including Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, crash games, and arcade titles — as well as all bonus offers, promotions, and any new services launched in the future.
- Xbagee is an online gaming platform operated exclusively for Bangladeshi players.
- It is each member's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to their use of the service.
- Xbagee reserves the right to restrict or terminate any member's access at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To create an account on Xbagee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
- Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
- You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at the time of registration. Inaccurate information may cause issues with withdrawals later on.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
- As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or passport.
Use an active mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account when registering. This will be needed for payment verification later.
3 Deposit & Payment Methods
Xbagee currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.
- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 for bKash and Nagad; ৳500 for Rocket.
- Credit Time: Funds are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. If funds are sent from someone else's number, account verification will be required.
- No additional charges are applied to deposits. However, if the payment gateway deducts its own fee, that cost is the member's responsibility.
- If a deposit does not go through, first check the transaction status in your bKash/Nagad app. If it shows as successful, contact support with the transaction ID.
4 Withdrawal & Payout Policy
The following rules apply to withdrawals from your real money balance at Xbagee:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
- Processing Time: Usually 7 to 30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment account used for the original deposit.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement is met, the amount will be converted to your real money balance.
- Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- KYC documentation is required for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
Once a withdrawal request is being processed, it may not be possible to cancel. Please double-check the amount and account number before confirming.
5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms
All bonus offers on Xbagee are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- Wagering Requirement: Bonus balance becomes withdrawable after wagering it a specified number of times — typically between x15 and x30.
- Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus and winnings generated from it will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
- It is generally not possible to have more than one active bonus at a time.
- Xbagee reserves the right to forfeit any winnings obtained in violation of bonus terms.
- Xbagee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. However, the terms of a bonus already in progress will not be changed.
- Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Xbagee:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out feature is available.
- Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and audited by an independent third party. Results are not subject to any manipulation.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or technical errors are not valid. Xbagee reserves the right to void any such transactions.
- Odds in Sports Betting may change from the initially displayed price — particularly in live in-play betting.
- If a match or event does not take place, or is abandoned before its scheduled completion, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
- If fraud or coordinated manipulation in betting is proven, the account will be permanently closed.
Please note: There is no guarantee of winning. Only bet what you can afford to lose without affecting your financial wellbeing.
7 Grounds for Account Suspension & Closure
Xbagee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Registration using false or incorrect information.
- Multiple accounts found registered under the same person's name.
- Creating irregular betting patterns to exploit bonus terms (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
- Suspected fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering.
- Evidence found that the user is underage.
- Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe after being requested.
Upon account closure, any real money balance will be refunded where applicable. However, in cases involving bonus violations, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited.
8 Privacy & Data Protection
Xbagee treats members' personal information with the utmost care. Information provided at registration and transaction details:
- Protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
- Your data is never sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
- Certain information may be shared only when required by legal obligation or for security verification purposes.
- Members may request deletion of their personal data at any time — however, any active balance must be withdrawn before the request can be processed.

9 Responsible Gaming & Age Verification
Xbagee believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a means of income. With that in mind, the following rules apply:

10 Dispute Resolution Process

- Xbagee aims to resolve formal complaints within 30 business days.
- In the event of a dispute over betting results, server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.
When raising a dispute, keep the transaction date, amount, and transaction ID on hand. This helps resolve issues faster.
11 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy
Xbagee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, before any changes take effect:
- For major changes, members will be notified by email or via an on-site notice at least 7 days in advance.
- Continued use of the site after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- Changes to the terms will generally not affect bets already placed or bonuses currently active.
- The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of the page.
